Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge is a 2000 Hindi romantic comedy film directed by David Dhawan and starring Salman Khan and Karisma Kapoor. The film is a remake of the 1998 Telugu film Pellichesukundam. The film was a box office success and received positive reviews from critics.
Plot
The film revolves around Sapna (Karisma Kapoor), an orphan who lives with her three eccentric uncles - Bhola Nath (Om Puri), a fitness freak, Prabhu Nath (Paresh Rawal), a deeply religious man, and Vicky Nath (Anupam Kher), a disco lover. Sapna is fed up of their quirks and runs away to Europe where she meets Raja (Salman Khan), a handsome and charming tour guide. Raja falls in love with Sapna and decides to marry her. However, he has to face the challenge of winning over her uncles, who have their own plans for Sapna's marriage.
